Dr. Amanda utilizes a wide variety of meditation techniques to assist you with whatever body or life issue you’re dealing with. Meditations are typically body-based and can be seated or dynamic. Seated meditations could involve activating the hormonal energy centers or chakras in your body, opening the heart, journeying, visualizations, and tuning into symptomatic parts of the body to get to underlying emotional and energetic causes of dysfunction. Dynamic (aka moving) meditation is used when deeper emotional release is needed. With both seated and dynamic meditations you will be coached into a deeper understanding of your body and yourself, as well as a deeper connection with Spirit/Source/Creator.
